PATTI CARPENTER

Patti Carpenter is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins. She began her career in retail management working for major department stores in Minneapolis and Denver. A team member since 1985, Patti’s status as Employee-with-Longest-Tenure remains unchallenged! Her role as Firm Administrator has her overseeing office management and human resources. She also works with our IT Committee and Department Heads to support the firm’s commitment to process improvement for tax, accounting, and consulting engagements. Patti is a member of the Association for Accounting Administration, and a past president of the Colorado Chapter. She is also an associate member of the Colorado Society of CPAs, and has served on its CPE Board.

Patti and her husband have two grown children, and have recently added to their household two young Golden Retrievers they are trying to tame. Various forms of needle arts have captured Patti’s interest and free time over the years, the most recent being knitting. Putting those new skills to work, Patti has joined forces with a group of women who knit colorful, creative “chemo caps” for patients at The Children’s Hospital in Denver. Patti also enjoys cooking, and together with some friends, has created a cookbook of favorite recipes.
